Children fall in love with the game of chess by learning from Chess at Three's story-based curriculum, designed to captivate any young mind. 
 

Beginner Chess: For students with no prior chess experience or who do not know how all the pieces move. Chess at Three's curriculum introduces each piece as a character with simple reasons for moving the way they do on the chessboard. At the end, students will have learned the basic piece mechanics and will be ready to move on to opening strategy!
 

Intermediate Chess: For kids who know how the chess pieces move and maybe have played full games before. We start with opening strategy, using Chess at Three's "secret missions," forming the bedrock of their strategic knowledge. As students begin to play more full games and contend with winning and losing, we emphasize the importance of sportsmanship, as well as continue on with more strategies and tactics for gameplay.
